Product Readiness Audits
You’ve built the product. Is it ready for real users?
I independently review products before launch, increased marketing or wider adoption, looking across the product rather than treating UX and technology as separate problems.
A review can cover product and UX, mobile usability, onboarding and user journeys, application architecture, authentication and permissions, data handling, privacy and security, performance, scalability and monitoring.
This can be particularly useful for products built rapidly using AI-assisted development tools such as Lovable, Claude, ChatGPT and coding agents. These tools can produce remarkably capable software quickly, but getting something working and knowing that it is ready for wider use are different problems.
The result is a prioritised, practical set of findings explaining what matters, why it matters and what I recommend doing next.
