QuietStrength Ground

What is it?

QuietStrength Ground is the feel of surfaces beneath your feet, the heat of a sauna, the shock of cold water or simply being present outdoors.

It’s about nervous system calm, sensory grounding and letting your body return to its natural state.

But does any of this actually work, the heat, the cold, the barefoot grounding, or am I just boiling, freezing and hoping for the best?
